things that make you say "ooh"

     You know you are at a librarian conference when ... there is an audible "ooh" after the presenter mentions that the database allows sorting of results by lexile measures. As you can tell, a good time was had by all last Saturday!
     This outfit is basically a repeat, but some days you just need something that's easy, looks good, and is professional.

      I wore my trusty black sandals with this outfit. However, in hindsight, I wonder if I should have worn strappy white wedges to go with the pearly accessories. Or would the contrast with the outfit colors be strange? What do you think?

     There is a very pretty ribbon tie in the back of this top that I'm sure I tied horribly. I didn't even attempt to photograph it -- but perhaps next time Erin will lend me her drunken gnomes as photographers.
