Last year's addition to the collection

 a lot like Christmas! Or is it still too early to be getting excited about the holidays? Hey, at least I waited until after Halloween.
     Every year my mom buys me a new Snoopy ornament from Hallmark. This has been going on for a while, and I probably have enough to cover the entire tree. I have to pick and choose, though, because we have tons of ornaments from our childhood as well. My mom wrote the name of the giver and the year on most of the ornaments, and I love unwrapping them from tissue paper and examining the tiny inscriptions. 
     I'm a little disappointed about having to work the last half of December, as my sister's coming home to visit and I'd love to be completely free. However, the income is welcome, and at least it's half-days. Just means I'll have to make the most of that week or so between the end of grad classes and the start of winter tutoring. ... :)
