Try-it-out Tuesday: triple pinks, double inspiration

This outfit was inspired by both Erin of Loop Looks and her recent rule of three outfit, and  Une Femme d'un certain age's scarf  tutorial. This look is one of my recent favorites ... it's amazing how matching the shoes, scarf and accent color on the glasses pulls everything together.

Tee, J. Crew
Cejon scarf & Softspots "Ventura" sandals, Ross
Nicole Miller "Abstract" glasses in black cherry

  1. So lovely! I hadn't noticed what gorgeous long legs you had before (she said jealously, looking at her little short stumps of legs). And I unabashedly love all striped tees with a passion. Definitely a winner of an outfit!

  2. Thanks for the shout-out! Your outfit is adorable. I love the color and pattern of the scarf with the striped top.

  3. So cute. I too love the patterned scarf with the striped top! :)

  4. What a cute scarf - love it with the stripes!

    The Other Side of Gray

  5. Erin - I dodged the bullet on the stumpy legs bit! Japanese call those "daikon" legs (daikon is a white, chubby radish). One side of my family has daikon legs, the other side has skinny, (relatively) long ones ...
And I love stripes, too. Much too much.

  6. Thank you for the inspiration! I felt really happy and put-together in this outfit. :)

Thanks for stopping by my blog! I love comments, so please leave one if you like. :)
