suck it in

Everyone *needs* a leopard print pencil skirt ... right?? I caved in recently and used a Forever 21 gift card that's been rolling around my bag for probably a year. Can I say it was part of a female bonding ritual? R and I spent several happy hours examining Forever 21 Waikiki's offerings and then grabbed dinner last weekend.
Things I like about this skirt: it's cotton and it has hints of purple and green in the print.
Things I don't like about this skirt: it's hard to photograph when you're sporting a food baby. ;)

The colors - particularly the green - are a little more vibrant in real life

  5. This is a beautiful skirt. The colors and shape fit you perfectly.

I am back and I have a lot of catching up to do. Thank you for all your comments! You've been so nice to me. There are so much going on with my so called co-authors that I hardly have any new content. They always claim being busy with other stuff. They don't keep promises. They simply leave everything to me. I can make really fancy errors, but other than that I am boosted. You are so diligent. I remember you being a superb organizer. I wish I were one!

  9. Thanks, Mary Ann. :) I don't have many patterned skirts so this is a great addition to my closet.

  12. Thanks, Maria! I hope you can corral your collaborators and squeeze some content out of them.
I am not a superb organizer, but I've learned to fake it in most situations. :) Running a classroom and having to organize materials, papers, and such for 20-plus kids showed me how much I need to learn about organizing.

  13. Thanks, Sara - you're right! Couldn't pass it by, especially since the gift card covered most of the price. :)
