Yoshitomo Nara tee (Y2K, old)
Lush pleated midi skirt (Nordstrom Rack)
brown belt (Ross?)
I had this pin in mind:
I wore this to run a few errands and I added wedge heels for some much-needed height:
Indigo by Clarks "Plover" sandal (Clarks Outlet, $29.99)
And now I can enjoy that absurd feeling of accomplishment that comes from using or doing something I actually pinned. :)Happy Friday!
Great pinterest inspired OOTD :) You did a great job :)

Wow! Cute wedges!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Kat! But I wish I had added an accessory or two! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, April! They were a great price at the outlet! :)
ReplyDeleteIsn't it funny how good it feels to reproduce something you've admired (from pinterest or otherwise)? (Hoping this comment sticks, I've not been able to post to your blog the last few posts).
ReplyDeleteI think this is a great look! I've not bought a midi skirt yet for Spring...I think I need one ;)
ReplyDeleteFabulous job - love the skirt and the styling!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Van! I think I need to prune my pinboard to things I can actually replicate so it's more useful.
ReplyDeleteI've been having trouble with comments on this blog, but I'm not sure whether it's Google, Blogger, or Disqus! Thanks for giving it a try again. :)
Thanks, Gracey. :) I'm always tempted to hem this to knee length, but I think keeping it this way adds some much-needed variety to my closet.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to see how you'd style a midi skirt, Bessie. :)
ReplyDeletei think you did a great job with the pairing of the belt and t shirt with your skirt. adorable.

Thank you, Marie. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Megan! :) I think this skirt will be a versatile piece once I figure out some ways to wear it. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Ashley! I would love to see your take on this look. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my blog. Are you in Hawaii? That's the only place I can fathom where you'd see many people in Jams dresses!
ReplyDeleteWow, you nailed it. I love this outfit!
ReplyDeleteThank you! :)
ReplyDeleteI think it helps! I mostly pin style ideas that I can replicate with my existing wardrobe. It helps curb the urge to go out shopping for things I think I "need". It's my way of making pinterest practical and useful--not just a place for dreaming. I go through periodically and delete stuff that doesn't interest me anymore. Kind of like cleaning out my closet!
